After joining the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2010 to facilitate direct access to trading in Polish securities, Morgan Stanley officially opened a Warsaw investment banking office in April 2011 to offer the Firm's clients in Poland and the surrounding region easier access to international capital markets and corporate advisory services, and to support the Firm's European and global clients with their activities in Central and Eastern Europe.
